Alima Ahmad (CEO)

Being a dedicated development practitioner with strong writing skills, Alima has over 15 years experience in proposal writing and project implementation. She is advocating for social change through strategic grant writing. Her journey began while perusing Masters in Social Work from Jamia Millia Islamia (New Delhi).

Throughout her professional career, she has collaborated with various NGOs pan India and Government entities, successfully crafting winning grant proposals for initiatives focused on wide range of focus areas.

Specializing in grant writing, she has a proven track record of translating complex ideas into compelling narratives that resonate with funders. Her ability to understand funders' priorities and align them with organizational goals has been pivotal in driving sustained funding and program success.

Committed to helping small scale NGOs achieves their missions, she leverages her strong writing skills, research skills and creativity by tailoring compelling grant proposals and donor mapping.

Dr. Raunak (Director - Strategic Planning)

Dr. Raunak is a development professional with over 18 years of experience in program planning, research, policy advocacy, and grassroots implementation. She holds a Master in Social Work degree from Aligarh Muslim University and a Doctorate in Gandhian & Peace Studies. As a Consultant to the World Bank, she contributed to research on fiscal and rural decentralization in India and collaborated with various government ministries. Her work includes designing Activity Maps for Centrally Sponsored Schemes like SSA and NRLM, featured in the Ministry of Panchayati Raj’s reports.

In her academic role as an Assistant Professor at Gautam Buddha University, Dr. Raunak mentored students and published over 15 research papers in national and international journals. A dedicated philanthropist and lifelong learner, she brings expertise in social research, data analysis, and policy development, driving impactful initiatives for human welfare and organizational growth.
